Big Boss Congo is a large scale civil engineering and road construction company based in the Democratic Republic of Congo.  The company is focused on projects within the Central African Copperbelt.  This is the copper and cobalt mining region between northern Zambia and the Congo's Katanga Province.

The company is organized under the OHADA Treaty (Organisation for the Harmonisation of Business Law in Africa /  l'Harmonisation en Afrique du Droit des Affaires).  The Treaty members are comprised of 17 Francophone West and Central African countries of which the Democratic Republic of Congo is a signatory. The laws of the treaty were implemented so as to guarantee a safe legal environment for economic activities and to enhance economic investment.
